Shark Week Is Back!

We here at Once Upon a Whisk were well aware of the history of shark-themed mayhem at our bakery building, but we were not prepared for how excited everyone was for it so early in the summer. Well, anyway, back by popular demand, here is the menu for Shark Week (the week of 7/29/2026).

Shark Bite - Vanilla cupcake filled with raspberry compote, topped with buttercream frosting and a shark tail

Mermaid - Vanilla cupcake filled with blueberry compote, topped with buttercream frosting and fresh blueberries

SHARK!! - Chocolate cupcake topped with buttercream and shark gummy

The Sunken Galleon - vanilla cupcake filled with chocolate ganache, topped with chocolate ganache frosting

Seashell - Funfetti cupcake filled with white chocolate ganache topped with buttercream, sprinkles and a candy seashell

Creamsicle- Soft vanilla cupcake filled with orange flavored white chocolate ganache, topped with swirled vanilla and orange buttercream.

Carousel Castaway - A whimsical Pina Colada escape. Moist pineapple coconut cake filled with tangy pineapple curd, topped with smooth coconut buttercream and a maraschino cherry.

The Lost City of Coco - A vanilla cupcake packed with rich coconut custard, topped with coconut buttercream and sprinkled with toasted coconut.

Sleeping Beauty’s Blush - vanilla cupcake filled with fresh strawberries, topped with strawberry buttercream and a fresh strawberry.

The Dragon’s Hoard - (Also available in Gluten Free) Rich chocolate cupcake with a peanut butter center, topped with fluffy peanut butter frosting and a mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.

Pixie Dusty Party - vanilla cupcake filled with white chocolate ganache, topped with vanilla buttercream and sprinkles.

Dark Forest - (Also available in Gluten Free) rich chocolate cupcake filled with chocolate ganache, topped with a chocolate ganache frosting and chocolate sprinkles.
